Mojo has the ability to alter a target's metabolism, health, and physical condition so as to attain one or more of the following results: regeneration and healing, physical decay, cellular disruption, and age alteration. Mojo can also hypnotize his victims, controlling their minds, memories and actions. Mojo has proven able to draw a sleeper's spirit into his lair. He can fire bolts of kinetic energy.

In the Mojoverse, Mojo, became ruler of the entire world because this world's power structure was based on the movie industry. He also ran a slave trade, creating and dealing in humanoid slaves. Mojo supervised the creation of many humanoid and some non-humanoid slaves. When Longshot, one of the stuntmen in his movie industry, became the leader of a slave rebellion, he was captured and rendered amnesiac, but somehow managed to escaped and flee through an interdimensional portal to Earth. Mojo sent Spiral and other rebel hunters to kill him, but they failed. Mojo became intrigued when he learned that Earth was inhabited by a race of human beings, so he journeyed there intending to prevent Longshot from returning to their native world and stirring up further rebellion and also decided to take over Earth himself. However, Mojo was defeated by Longshot, who forced him into an interdimensional portal. Having regained much of his memory, Longshot returned to Mojoworld planning to kill Mojo and lead his world's humanoids to Earth and freedom.

Appearances: 18, 19
Through a means that remains unknown to us, Mojo was able to track the Exiles and obstruct their movement through the time stream to bring them to the Mojoverse where he would capture Morph and Nocturne. He would blackmail Morph into performing on The Morph Show, the highest rated Mojoverse television program ever, by threatening to subject Nocturne to excruciatingly painful torture. Nocturne would escape from her captors and the two would attempt a breakout that was thwarted by Mojo himself. The unexpected appearance of the remaining Exiles caused the tides to turn and Mojo would have been slain by Morph if the Timebroker had not come and intervened.
