Sif possesses the conventional superhuman physical attributes of an Asgardian including being extremely long-lived, superhumanly strong, and immune to all diseases. Sif wields a special sword enchanted by Odin tha enables her to cleave passageways between dimensions, primarily between Asgard and Earth, by a special pattern of swinging motions. She serves as Thor's sporadic love interest.
